An industrial planetary gearing and all-metal housing provides for smooth, reliable operation. With a powerful 0.8-horsepower permanent magnet motor, the winch delivers 1,500 lbs. (680kgs) of pulling capacity. You can now pull or drag just about anything anywhere. A vented motor end cap and externally serviceable brushes provide improved motor cooling, extended run time, and extended motor life. The WARN 1500AC Utility Winch comes equipped with a 10-foot (3m) power cord which allows the 1500AC to be used wherever a standard 120V AC outlet can be found. The winch is equipped with 43-feet of 3/16' diameter steel rope. And an advanced, sealed pendant remote with 10-foot (3m) lead allows for a great deal of flexibility in use.
