Who We Are

Shop Eddies was created in memory of Ed (“Eddie”), who led a team of experienced mechanics, apprentices, tech advisors, and auto sales representatives for more than 40 years. Eddie understood that the best businesses are built on exceptional customer service—and he passed that mindset down to his three sons.

Today, we carry on that legacy by focusing on great service, quality products, and fast delivery—so customers can get back on the road, the trail, the water, or the campsite with confidence.

    Shipping is the new buzz around Shop Eddies. Customers need parts faster than ever, and expectations keep rising. We’re introducing new shipping tools and working closely with carriers to meet demand—especially as major marketplaces continue to push delivery speed expectations across the industry.

    We focused on using AI to improve the shopping experience—cleaner titles, clearer content, and better product understanding. Because we don’t “own” all catalog data, we invest heavily in tools and processes to improve accuracy.

    Coming March 2026: a revamped listing experience to help you find what you need faster, with more clarity on what you’re ordering.

  3. 2024

    We introduced a new marketing program to stay connected—brand alerts, sales, and anything else worth checking out. We continued strengthening our RV category so weekends away are easier (and better stocked).

    Behind the scenes, we kept dialing in titles and fitment to make choosing Shop Eddies a no-brainer.

  4. 2023

    A strong year—expanding brands and products, improving fulfillment, and enhancing customer support. We stayed focused on high-quality parts and continued investing in what’s next.

  5. 2022

    Significant growth with 200+ new brands added (with fitment). Our Canadian market continued catching up with our USA business. We strengthened marketplace partnerships while navigating new eCommerce policies across the industry.

    We kept raising service standards, improving delivery performance, and finding ways to keep stock levels high.

  6. 2021

    One of our strongest years. We doubled down on fitment tools and data so customers could find the right part based on year, make, and model. Online purchasing became more than a COVID trend—it became the new normal.

  7. 2020

    COVID-19 changed everything. Our team shifted to working from home, online demand surged, and our RV/Outdoor category doubled. We’re grateful to everyone who continued choosing Shop Eddies during a difficult time.

  8. 2019

    A year focused on customer service improvements. We reviewed feedback after each purchase and used it to improve. If something goes wrong, we always want the chance to make it right.

2026 – Faster Shipping, Smarter Delivery

Shipping has become one of the biggest priorities at Shop Eddies in 2026. Customer expectations continue to rise, and speed matters more than ever. We are actively rolling out new shipping tools, improving fulfillment workflows, and working more closely with our carrier partners to meet demand.

Amazon has set a high bar for delivery speed, and independent eCommerce stores must innovate to compete. In response, we are investing heavily in logistics optimization to ensure faster order processing, better carrier selection, and more reliable delivery timelines—without sacrificing service or accuracy.


2025 – Investing in AI & Smarter Listings

In 2025, Shop Eddies focused on leveraging AI to improve product titles, descriptions, and on-site content that may have caused customer confusion. Since our business exists solely because of our customers, improving data clarity—even data we don’t directly own—became a top priority.

We invested in new AI-powered tools and systems and began executing a fully revamped listing experience.

2023 was another successful year as Shop Eddies strengthened its position as a leading supplier of high-quality automotive parts and accessories. Shop Eddies continued to grow with over 200 new brands added—many with full fitment support. Our Canadian market gained momentum alongside our U.S. business, and online shopping for auto parts gained global attention. 2021

One of our strongest years yet. We enhanced fitment tools, expanded partnerships, and saw online purchasing evolve beyond COVID-related trends. Our customer base and team grew, but our focus never shifted—serving customers with quality parts at affordable prices.


2020

2019

A major investment year in distribution. Four new warehouses were added, expanding both U.S. and Canadian reach and allowing for faster delivery and broader brand availability.


2017

Shop Eddies expanded to nearly one million products and launched on eBay Canada, welcoming more Canadian customers. Competitive pricing and efficient logistics remained a core focus.


2016

A major website revamp improved the shopping experience. With over 500,000 products available, we continued adding tools, offers, and new product launches—always with the customer in mind.


2015

Social media and marketplaces expanded rapidly. Shop Eddies attended SEMA, added 100,000 new products, and introduced new categories including RV, Marine, Outdoor, and Apparel.


2014

Customer experience improved through new hires, upgraded platforms, and major investments in shipping and order tracking. Sales grew by over 400%.


2013
