Return Policy: Shop Eddies strives to keep you smiling. If for any reason you are not completely happy with the item you have purchased, we will allow you to return the item within 30-days. Please read our full return policy below for all details.
Shipping: Shop Eddies processes orders within 1-3 business days. In some cases, however, an order might be put on hold from our warehouse for reasons such as: No inventory available due to two orders being processed at the same time, packaging was damaged, or the product was packaged incorrectly/discontinued. For these cases, we try to reship within 5-business days. If for any reason, we cannot replace the item, we will "cancel" the sale, provide you with a notification and provide you with a full refund.
Terms And Conditions: Within 30 days: a 30-day money-back guarantee is available for all products/items not opened and returned in their original package/box/container/bag. The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs and an up to 20% restocking fee might be associated with the original purchase (only on returned items "deemed buyer’s remorse"). We cannot accept returns on any specially ordered items, aerosol cans/paints, or electrical parts.
Damaged Goods: If a product arrives broken, damaged, or is not the correct product as indicated on the box/order, the product can be returned within 30-days for a full refund. There is no restocking fee for these cases. For this to apply - any item(s) deemed as “damaged/broken” upon opening the package- you are required to attach a photo(s) when requesting an RMA with a clear image of the item + image of the package. (This is required by the manufacturer and return warehouse).
Refund Timeframe: Returns are processed within 3-14 business days once the product has been sent back with the tracking number. We do however do our best to have them processed as soon as possible.
Notification of refund: An email will be automatically generated to the email address used at the time of purchase that indicates your return confirmation and any RMA/RGA (Merchandise Return Authorization) numbers, or shipping labels that you may require for the return to be accepted from the warehouse and manufacturer.
Non-Returnable: Electrical parts, special orders, service manuals, custom-made products, installation videos, and aerosol cans/paints, are not returnable/refundable.
*Shop Eddies is not responsible for any assembling of products gone wrong, deemed as not the correct part/product for the vehicle, or for any damage incurred from using any of the products purchased. The manufacturer provides all product data and photos; therefore, Shop Eddies makes no guarantee of accuracy during the parts look-up process. The responsibility of the user /installer is to verify the fit of all parts prior to installation. We advise you to check with a licensed mechanic or speak to the manufacturer directly before using any part(s) purchased. We do not assume any risk associated with your purchase.

*It is important to note that all “authorized” returns must be in their original condition, this includes all components. They cannot be damaged due to incorrect installation, being disassembled, or due to the product being mounted. Any items returned that are missing components will not be refunded. Shop Eddies is not held responsible for situations that may occur from trying to install and assemble products. These scenarios are not deemed as “damaged goods”.

Shipping Information – basically, when will I get my goods?
Shop Eddies is committed to getting your packages out the door as soon as possible. We know after you place your order, you are excited to receive your new product. We will do our best to move things along as fast as we can.
Cut off times:
- Packages ordered before 2pm EST – most will ship same day. Others can take up to 12-24hrs depending on your location.
- Packages ordered after 2pm EST most will ship the next business day (or within 48 hrs).
- Note: If order takes place on a Friday after 2pm EST, Sat or Sun, package(s) will be shipped on the Monday or Tuesday.
- Delayed shipments - unfortunately, there are times a package becomes damaged and cannot make it out the door.
- We hate when this happens, but we will always make sure you are informed and of course a full refund will be provided.
Processing / Shipping Times
- Orders can take anywhere from same day to 3 business days to process.
- For larger / freight shipments, orders can take anywhere from 3-7 Business days. (Note: due to higher-than-normal volumes and the pandemic, larger freight items are taking an extra few days).
Tracking Numbers
- Once your item has been shipped, you will get a notification from Shop Eddies with a tracking number and carrier name so you can sign-up with the carrier for direct Text or Email messaging and follow your package.
- Freight shipments use a different tracking number called an LTL number (which is not trackable). However, once item is on truck this LTL number will change to a regular trackable number and be emailed to your account on file.
