Pacific Dualies offers a wide variety of quality stainless steel valve stem extenders and air inflation kits for all types of recreational, commercial, and industrial vehicles. Our kits are made for outer wheels and inner dual rear wheels. It is recommended not to use our valve stem extenders with rubber valve stems. If you use steel valve stems/extenders, be sure to have an authorized mechanic replace the rubber valve stems as well with steel valve stems; otherwise you will have difficulties with installation and maybe even problems with air leaks. Our kits are designed not to interfere with aftermarket hub caps, or wheel simulators. We offer universal applications for all OEM makes, trucks, RV's, vans, trailers, campers, etc.
